The Problem
High-end design firms pour everything into the craft — and then lose 20, 30, sometimes 40 hours a week to administrative tasks that have nothing to do with design. The Monday-morning grind is real, and it’s costing you more than time.
Follow-ups, status checks, scheduling confirmations, vendor chases — the inbox owns your mornings before your first cup of coffee. None of it requires your design expertise. All of it demands your attention.
Your portfolio is flawless. But the client journey — the touchpoints, the communication cadence, the onboarding — varies project to project, designer to designer. The brand you've built deserves better than that.
Nothing moves until someone manually hands it off. Approvals wait, specs stall, vendors hold. Your talented team spends hours on coordination that a well-designed system could handle invisibly.
The people you hired for their creative vision are spending their best hours on procurement emails and invoice reminders. That's not a people problem — it's a systems problem. And it has a solution.
How It Works
Step One
We go deep on your studio's complete workflow — from the first prospecting email to the final white-glove install. Every touchpoint, every handoff, every system (or lack of one). We've lived this world for 12+ years. We know exactly where the friction hides.
Step Two
We deliver a custom AI automation roadmap built specifically for your studio — not a generic tech playbook. A precise, actionable plan showing exactly what gets automated, which tools to use, and how to implement it without disrupting your team or compromising your standards.
Step Three
80% of your repetitive workflow, automated. Your team reclaims hours every week. Your client experience becomes consistent, elevated, and effortless. Your studio operates at the level your design work has always deserved.

Founder
Fabiana Allen
Designer & AI Strategist
Studio Flow was founded by Fabiana Allen — a designer with 12+ years inside one of the most respected luxury studios in America, Michael S. Smith Inc., delivering full-service residential projects for estates, penthouses, and architecturally significant homes. She has experienced every phase of the design process firsthand — the Monday morning inbox, the vendor expediting calls, the install-day chaos. She knows exactly where the friction hides because she lived it every week.
For the final two years of her tenure, Fabiana served as the studio's internal AI Strategy Liaison — designing and implementing AI-assisted workflows across specification, procurement, and project delivery. She was selected through a competitive process for early access in the Google Cloud AI ecosystem, contributing direct feedback to their platform team, and has trained in two specialized AI programs: Applied AI for Interior Designers and the Stanford University AI Program.
That combination — genuine craft knowledge and deep AI fluency — is rare. Our strategies aren't built by technologists guessing at your workflow. They're built by a consultant who has lived your workflow, understands your clients, and knows exactly which standards can never be compromised.

Paola Franco
Operations Strategist
Paola Franco is the Co-Founder and Operations Strategist behind Studio Flow, bringing more than a decade of high-level operational experience within the luxury interior design industry.
Paola spent 10 years at Michael S. Smith Inc., where she served as Operations Manager and played an essential role in helping structure the firm from the top down. Her work touched the systems, processes, internal organization, and operational foundation required to support a fast-moving, high-end design studio.
Parallel to her work in interiors, Paola built Say I Do to Details from scratch — developing a deep understanding of client experience, execution, logistics, vendor coordination, and scalable systems, all while growing a successful company of her own.
At Studio Flow, Paola brings the operational intelligence, systems thinking, and business structure that design firms need to run more efficiently. Together with Fabiana Allen's luxury interior design expertise, Studio Flow combines two complementary strengths: deep industry knowledge and refined operational strategy. This partnership is the foundation of Studio Flow — a high-end consulting and AI strategy studio created to help interior designers streamline their business, implement smarter systems, and reclaim time without compromising the quality of their work.
